Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with TRW Forum’s mission and goals.
Manage and grow our digital presence through strategic social media, email, and digital marketing initiatives.
Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of SEO/SEM and display advertising campaigns.
Create compelling content (visual and written) tailored for diverse platforms and audiences.
Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and enhance engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop user-friendly content, landing pages, and campaigns.
Manage and mentor the communications team and volunteers.
Coordinate with media outlets, agencies, and partners to amplify TRW’s impact.
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all communication channels.
Generate press releases, promotional materials, and internal communications.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
3–5 years’ experience, preferably within the NGO or nonprofit sector, with a strong understanding of gender-related issues.
Proven record of digital campaign success and strategic media relations.
Strong analytical skills; able to use data to drive decision-making.
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in graphic design and content creation tools.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
A solid media network in Nigeria is a strong advantage.
Work Conditions
This position may require occasional travel and flexible hours, depending on campaign or event demands.

TRW Forum is seeking a committed and proactive Business Development Manager (Volunteer) to support our mission of driving social change and empowering women. The ideal candidate will assist in proposal and grant writing, donor mapping, partnership development, and research efforts that align with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in writing proposals, reports, and supporting documents for funding opportunities.
Draft compelling grant applications and fundraising proposals.
Conduct thorough research on potential donors, partners, and funding mechanisms related to our focus areas.
Track and monitor relevant business development and fundraising opportunities.
Support development of innovative fundraising and growth strategies.
Explore and recommend crowdsourcing and alternative fundraising models.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related Social Science field.
At least 1 year of experience, ideally in the nonprofit/NGO sector.
Strong understanding of social impact, sustainable development, and gender issues.
Demonstrated interest in international development, including NGO work, grant writing, policy advocacy, or academic research.
Excellent research, writing, and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently.
Ability to thrive in a remote and collaborative volunteer environment.

PROGRAMS OFFICER
Position Overview
TRW Forum is looking for a skilled and experienced Programs Officer to lead the design, planning, implementation, and oversight of impactful programs aligned with our mission. This role requires a dynamic professional with a strong background in program management, development consulting, and fundraising.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement program plans in line with organizational goals.
Lead tracking of program activities, ensuring deliverables and milestones are met.
Prepare, manage, and monitor deadlines for proposal submissions and fundraising initiatives.
Oversee program budgets, procurement processes, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and reporting.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related Social Science discipline.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in development consulting, fundraising, and project management within the NGO sector.
Proven experience in the humanitarian or development field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple programs and deadlines efficiently.

The ideal candidate is passionate about social change and storytelling, with hands-on experience in content creation and social media management.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth research on topics relevant to TRW Forum’s thematic areas.
Manage and grow the organization’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
Create compelling content (visuals and copy) for social media, newsletters, and web.
Design graphics and visuals that align with TRW Forum’s brand identity.
Work independently to meet content and posting deadlines.
Monitor engagement metrics and suggest strategies for audience growth.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or in-progress) in Communications, Public Relations, Social Sciences, or related field.
Proven experience managing social media accounts, preferably in the NGO or nonprofit space.
Skilled in content creation, storytelling, and basic graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools).
Attention to detail, creative thinking, and ability to work independently.
Familiarity with digital trends and social impact messaging.
